Brennan currently serves as ATCS’ Corporate Lead for Strategic Sales & Communication which includes all business development, sales,marketing, communications and public involvement across ATCS’ geography from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Working with her team, she guides ATCS’s strategic decisions on pursuits and teaming arrangements for procurements in the firm’s target areas. In 2021, she became the firm’s first female owner, one of 12 overall. She brings more than 25 years of environmental compliance experience in the transportation industry, having previously served in roles with state and federal governments and consulting firms. Brennan is an active member of VTCA’s Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC) and WTS International, an organization focused on advancing women in the transportation industry. She currently serves on the WTS Southeast Region Council which acts as a liaison to the WTS chapters in a10-state region, including our local Central Virginia Chapter.
